Stars over the States

During our travels through America, there was something that kept catching my eye.

The American flag.

Everywhere I looked, there it was, proudly flying.

And each time I saw it, I felt this incredible sense of strength, pride and belonging.

It really stayed with me.

I knew I wanted to bring that feeling into my design.

Not to recreate the flag itself, but to capture what it represented to me in those moments.

And so "Stars Over the States" was born.

Bold reds, deep blues and beautiful appliqued star details come together in my own interpretation of a memory that left a lasting impression.

A little piece of America, brought home through fabric and dye.
