There's something about coming home that no other destination in the world can quite match.
And what a welcome home it was.
The sun was rising over the Opera House, bathing the harbour in a beautiful morning glow. There we were, back in our homeland, surrounded by sights so familiar, yet somehow even more special after everything we'd experienced.
We spent the day exploring Sydney, knowing we had just three more days of our trip of a lifetime remaining.
And that evening, before we sailed away, we made our way to one of the highest points at the back of the ship to watch the sunset.
Mother Nature certainly put on a show.
As the sun disappeared behind the Harbour Bridge, the sky filled with the most extraordinary pinks, soft lavenders and glowing colours that were pure magic!
It was breath taking.
And standing there, looking out over that iconic bridge, I felt that beautiful mix of emotions that comes with the end of an incredible adventure. So grateful for everywhere we'd been, but so happy to be home.
"Harbour Homecoming" is my way of capturing that moment.
The silhouette of the Harbour Bridge, the deep blues of the water and those beautiful sunset colours are all memories brought to life through fabric and dye.
And I have a feeling Mother Nature's colour palette from that evening will find its way into many more of my creations.

Wash in your usually water temperature with similar colours.

I never imagined I'd come home with so many memories that would find their way into my fabric.
Every design in this collection holds a little piece of that journey, and it means so much to be able to share it with you.
